The gatherings are closed. Each brings a small room together for an extended working session, built on the premise established in the research: that expertise holds authority over systems and never over persons, and that any framework advanced seriously must be exposed to people equipped to take it apart. The room is assembled to argue, and the disagreements are part of the record.
Four kinds of people are in it. Domain scientists working specifically within the Pillars and the Six Domains. Capital stewards with live mandates in the geographies concerned. Carriers of ancestral and indigenous knowledge systems, seated as epistemological contributors rather than as cultural representation. And narrative architects, who understand how ideas move through institutions.
