The Practice

Two publications, two vantage points on the same structural problem.

The doctrine is tested continuously against live conditions. These publications carry that testing into the open, written for the two constituencies the work concerns: those who allocate capital, and those who build the enterprises capital fails to reach. They are not commentary on the work. They are the work, reported as it develops.

The Pipeline

Written for capital allocators, family offices, and institutional readers. The Pipeline addresses capital architecture, structural leverage, and the conditions determining where capital moves. Its recurring subject is the $1M to $10M segment, a range conventional instruments read poorly and therefore largely decline to enter, and what becomes visible when it is read properly.

Locus Standi

Written for founders and operators building in Africa and Latin America. In law, locus standi is the doctrine governing who has the right to be heard, a question decided before the merits of a claim are ever examined. Capital markets operate the same way. This publication addresses that prior question: why capital passes over enterprises whose fundamentals should attract it, what institutional legibility actually requires, and what operators can construct before capital arrives.
