The Coherence Economy Series, Paper 7

The Implementation Pathway

Four phases, pre-registered falsification criteria, and an explicit invitation to collaborators.

The closing paper turns from design to construction. It sets out four phases: founding instruments, pilot, proof and correction, and replication and federation, specifying what each phase must produce before the next can begin.

It pre-registers falsification criteria, stating in advance the conditions under which the framework should be judged to have failed. It accounts honestly for the cost borne by the first generation, who build under conditions the framework is designed to replace and who will not see its mature form.

The paper closes with an explicit invitation to four collaborator archetypes: domain scientists, capital stewards, carriers of ancestral knowledge systems, and narrative architects.
